Ketki Hostel
Ketki’ is providing a secure and cost effective residential accommodation for women and girls from remote places, pursuing or aspiring for careers in the capital city of Madhya Pradesh for last 23 years. Almost all the 110 seats were occupied during the year and there is a constant demand for more accommodation because of the homely environment and spacious campus in the heart of the city.
SAMVET Library
‘Samvet’ a rural children’s library set up Mahila Chetna Manch in 2003 at village Bhaura, block Shahpur in Betul, with the Joan King Award Funds given by UNNITI Foundation, continues to provide story and reference books, to local tribal girls and other school goers. Hindi translations of English classics and fairy tales available at the library are favourite amongst the readers.
